Teachers from early years through higher education face a common assault, intensified in the global pandemic.  How might researchers and faculty in higher education work with teachers unions to promote authentic partnerships that protect public education?  We are pleased to add that addresses this topic, exploring how teachers unions and higher education might engage in "boundary-crossing collaborations that focus on the futures of the profession. This paper provides two case studies that illustrate how the profession can mobilise futures-thinking in education, amidst the precarity of public education globally ... by co-producing research with academic partners."
