morocco.jpg  Child Labour in Morocco The Moroccan Teachers' union is leading a campaign against child labour in the Fez region of Morocco Around 400,000 children of whom 250,000 are at primary level drop out of school every year in Morocco. The teachers' union Syndicat National des Einseignants (SNE) is organising a campaign of awareness raising amongst parents using street stalls for example and training for their members on children's rights and the consequences of child labour as well as training in listening techniques for parents and children.
